A small family gardening business

A small, start-up family gardening company, Marc approached the team to create a simple site that was professional but still homely. Looking to attract local clients without charging the Earth, they wanted something that could feasibly be homemade but would function at the high-end level and be reliable. The colour scheme of green and white was a must, with a clean look. Beyond that we were asked to bring our expertise to make the site look great and do as needed.

Our Web Design for the Client

Homemade, clean, professional; that was the brief. Well, we think that we achieved that in droves. With a clean and minimalist look across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms the site provides a professional face for their future clients. With sleek animations, we were able to provide a bit of glamour to the site without making it look as if the company were too expensive for potential clients.

With pages for each of the services that are offered by the team and a user interface that drives to the contact page to reach out and start their journey with Complete Value Lawncare, the user gets a great experience.

 

Services Offered

Part of the requirement to feel high-end was to have a stylish way to present the services offered by the company. We created an area on the homepage and on the services specific page that highlighted what the company offers. Each service has a section which can be selected to take the user to that page for my information, each service subtly changes colour on hover so that the high-end feel remains, and the display changes across mobile, tablet, and desktop to keep the responsive requirement for a modern website.

The Contact Page

Whilst the site looks great, the aim is to drive users to the contact page so that they either use the stylish form, phone the business, or email them to book in their gardening services. For this to happen, the contact page needs to look great and function perfectly. With this in mind, it was designed to still give a personal feeling but buttons were added that immediately open the phone app to call or open the mail app to send an email to the pre-populated address.
