A small family driveways business

Driveways of Monmouthshire came to us requiring a professional website that their potential clients would not only be able to see means that they are a successful and reliable business, but also kept the business personal. To design a website that keeps the family-run tone but also shows a company that is serious and can deliver is a really enjoyable challenge. Which we took on happily.

The site would need to include a new logo and the business colours of green and burnt orange. Emails would be required, and some interactivity with the site for their clients, mostly in the form of a contact form.

Our Web Design for the Client

Driveways of Monmouthshire asked and we delivered! A fun and vibrant page that keeps the small business and family feeling whilst still showing that this is a serious business that can provide a great service. We delivered the website, hosting, and email services for the client. The company colours of green and burnt orange have been built and compliment each other in a great way. We were able to create a “Meet the Team” page that allows the client to build a rapport before even speaking to the company having seen the people who will be working with them. A contact form allows the prospective clients to message the company immediately from the website and so drives clients to the business. All in all, we got a happy customer from this design and we had great fun walking the line with family-sized company and professional image.

Keeping the Family Feeling

Part of keeping the tone of family-run for this site was to make it personable. We included a “Meet the Team” page where the client provided an image of each staff member (that was optimised for SEO purposes) and then a bio. The images were to be relaxed and the bios were to include some information about the staffs’ lives at home, this way way their clients could already get the feeling of a family business.

Interactive Web Elements

The contact page was also kept light and friendly with phone numbers and emails that link automatically to call/mail the company and icons that tell users what to expect. The family tone permeates this website design as the personal touches continue here. There is also a contact form that allows prospective clients to reach out to the company and ask for quotes and discuss work. This all helps to drive conversions from prospective clients, to real income for the business.
